Looking for something truly unique? At Cosy Life Ireland, we create bespoke handmade felt products designed for your brand, organisation or special occasion.

From corporate mascots and company events to community groups, sporting events, Irish tourism, seasonal collections and Irish cultural occasions, we can bring your ideas to life through carefully crafted felt designs.

Whether you’re looking for a memorable promotional product, event merchandise, a unique gift or a special seasonal collection, we work with you to develop a design that reflects your vision.

Our Bespoke Service

We offer custom designs for larger orders, with a minimum order quantity of 200 units per design.

As each bespoke product is developed and handmade specifically for you, the process takes time. Depending on the complexity of your design, quantities and production requirements, you should allow approximately 2-3 months from initial design development through to final delivery.

Bespoke Samples

To begin developing your custom design, there is a €50 sample fee per design.

How the Bespoke Process Works

1. Tell us about your idea

Send us your brief by email. The more information you can provide, the better we can understand what you’re looking for.

Helpful information includes:

* Your design concept or sketches
* Photos or examples for inspiration
* Preferred colours
* Product size and dimensions
* Estimated quantity
* Target unit price
* Your required delivery date

2. We develop your initial design

Our team will review your brief and begin creating your bespoke felt design.

3. Review & amendments

We’ll provide you images and videos of your design and confirm the estimated unit cost.

Your €50 sample fee includes one design amendment. If you require additional changes, these can be accommodated and may incur an additional sample fee.

4. Approve your final sample

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll arrange the physical sample for your final approval before production begins.

5. Production & delivery

Once your design and order are approved, your bespoke products will move into production.

Please allow approximately 1-2 months for production from order confirmation, depending on the order quantity and complexity of the design.

Because bespoke products are made specifically for you, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible—particularly for Christmas, seasonal events, tourism collections and time-sensitive campaigns.
